Who are we ?

Grizard Agencement works on fitting projects in two areas:

• Development and production of custom furniture
• Comprehensive finishing work, including frontages and shopwindows

Grizard Agencement Second-Å’uvre has developed its expertise in a large number of areas of business for private clients and for companies required to comply with government contract rules.

Grizard Agencement is recognised by the Qualibat 9113, the advanced technical fitting professional technical qualification.

Methods, processes and resources

To avoid issues due to the project being divided into separate packages, Grizard Agencement is the architect and client's sole contactfor the comprehensive finishing or structural work.

The fitting project manager manages the project with assistance from the expert 3D design department engineer, works foreman and/or finishing site foreman.

Grizard Agencement provides its expertise from the analysis of the specificationsup to the handover of the keys:regulatory procedures, general and production plans, coordination and management of different professions (demolition, masonry, plaster and fibrous plaster, electricity, floor coverings, wall coverings, locksmithery, joinery, plumbing, painting, door frames, partitions, etc.), finishing management engineering.

Grizard Agencement is an expert in the issues involved in working on sites in the street, shopping arcades or shopping centres. It also works on specific projects such as:

• Removal and installation of frontages,
• Concepts abroad using local work teams, partially or fully delegated from France.

Grizard Agencement uses a production shop to create prototypes and develop concepts for boutique or batch production.This workshop uses know-how developed in the wood working industry, synthetic resin products, multi-material skills, mirror-making and locksmithery capabilities, etc.
